VXX - Time to Buy VIX
VXX hit a new two year low today and it looks like really cheap portfolio insurance at today's price of $16.65.
You can also short puts as far out as Jan. 2012 and get upside if the market goes lower while still leaving yourself some margin of safety if things continue up.

Agreed, though I got in a little early.
Ugly chart. Looks ready to dip again. Damn it, this rally might actually have some gas left. I hope I'm wrong.
