CAKE - unappetizing
Last time I was at the Cheese Cake Factory , the place was packed but the quality is poor. I found a hair in my food and decided that i cannot go back there for at least 6 to 8 months.

That certainly sounds unappetizing, but considering how packed you say the place was (and considering how packed my local CAKE is), I'm guessing mistakes like that are pretty rare at Cheese Cake Factories (or, at least no more frequent than at other restaurant chains).
