BDCO - BDCO no shares to short today.
tried to short some today in the $8s but my broker apparently didn't have any shares to short.
BDCO reported Q4 revs of just over $1 mill and loss of 3 cents per share on the Q. For the year they lost 55 cents per share on less than $3 mill revs:

Current market cap I show is around $17 mill so this is not a big company but has seen enormous volume of late.
Here's their reserves report rom annual:

I don't have any idea what the potential is of their Indonesia property having some upside surprise but based off reserves, it does not seem to be a big deal. So I think this company is overvalued at $17 mill market cap given their modest pipeline ownership in Texas and modest O&G reserves report for the production side of their biz coupled with their modest revenues and continued current losses.
Again as mentioned, I wasn't able to short it.

No options traded on this one either, so no chance to buy puts on it.
Back in early March when it went over $8 there were a few shares available to short but not this go-round. At least not yet.
Has seen tremendous sustained volume since late February considering its avg volume historically.
