AIB - AIB Posts Record Annual Loss
AIB posted a record 10.4 billion euro annual loss overnight, far higher than analysts' estimate of a 4.6 billion euro loss: http://www.reuters.com...
I am still holding Aug $5 (split-adjusted) puts on AIB.

Wow, those puts have to be looking pretty good.
One nice thing about options is you can't get called to cover out of the blue (they just expire obviously) like you can going short some stocks. But the put premiums on China RTOs are often very pricey.
I had to cover my DEER short yesterday even though I'd like to hold it longterm and even add on rallies.
Still have some PUDA short but if it delists will probably be forced to cover the short by broker when it reopens.
They're back in the black, at least.
Sometimes it helps to buy puts on a bounce in the underlying. The first time I bought puts on AIB (last summer) was on a little rally in the stock after stress tests came out (after the dust settled, investors realized that the stress tests were that rigorous).
