I blogged about my initial short thesis for BAGL here: http://bit.ly/aIGSk9. I blogged about covering that short a couple of months later here: http://bit.ly/4suyo3. I am not currently short the stock now, and prompted to take another look at it by your question, I don't feel compelled to re-short it here. It's Altman Z"-Score is still in the distress zone, but it has improved since I first shorted the company, it doesn't appear expensive relative to its forward earnings estimates, and the stock seems to have some support near this price.
Perhaps I'll revisit this in a few months, and see if it looks weaker.
