I don't know anything about KRC, but from the link to its Yahoo stats, it does seem to have a lot of net debt. We're launching a marketing campaign for Short Screen shortly that may result in increased message board traffic. You may want to create a message board for KRC here, and see if you get more feedback from others in the near future.
