Z-score in the distress zone, weak technicals (trading below 50 and 200 DMAs: http://finance.yahoo.c...= ), nice volume and liquidity (to minimize the chance of manipulation designed to take out stops) and plenty of mutual fund holders to bleed shares if it drifts down ( http://finance.yahoo.c... ). There was something else or two I found disagreeable about this stock when I put it on my watch list. But in this market, the above should suffice.
