bspm - BSPM revisit
After today's allegations on PUDA, I am curious what is actually going on at BSPM. Here were my prior posts mentioning potential flags on balance sheet with BSPM-

I am not short BSPM, can't short it. If I could I probably would short a little even with it oversold.

Nice work this week.
I'll probably be covering BDCO short in the $7s if it drops back there next week, try and get about 10%. I was thinking the nat gas report might have a more negative impact on it and I don't want to be in it with the O&G sector general strength even though they are mostly infrastructure with their gas pipelines. The sustained volume has been something to keep me cautious too on staying short a long time on it.
I want to short SHZ in the $6s if shares become available so will keep an eye on it with the broker (they don't let me short stuff under $5/share).
Did cover 2/3 of PUDA though, let the 1/3 ride for a possible halt. I don't want to be locked too much into a position if it is halted and have to wait who knows how long to reopen (like CCME). That piece by Geo if true is pretty scary.
You could buy puts on SHZ, but the ones I looked at looked overpriced.
